Head Chef Evan Hayter’s food is an extension of the Arimia story, and in eating it, you become part of our mission to give back to this land that gives so much to us.

Wine

Wine tastings are conducted by our small and highly knowledgeable team. Farmed the same way, our wines and our food are crafted to be enjoyed together.

Tastings up to 10 people are welcomed Thursday to Sunday from 10am - 4pm via appointment only.

If you are dining with us and would like a tasting, please book an appointment with us 30 minutes prior to your dining experience.
